The owner of the hotel is a very friendly man. The breakfast was huge and very delicious. Personally I really enjoyed the interior of the room and the hotel in general. Even the breakfast plates, teacups and cutlery set were quite stylish, these tiny details made me really happy. The room was very well furbished and had a great morning light! There were two nice armchairs next to the window so it was a delight reading books in the morning. I really liked our room. Plus, the owner has two super cute dogs and it was so nice to play with them <3

The location was great - very quiet but with easy reach of everything. The parking system was very easy to use and we luckily got a parking spot in the same road thanks to Suzie. Our room was lovely, very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable . The shower was a good size and all toiletries were provided. There was a mini fridge if you wanted to store anything and water tea and coffee was provided. There was a tv and even a tablet to use. Breakfast was lovely and lots of it. Suzie took our order the day before and we opted for full English. The bacon was real thick bacon, sausages were not cheap rubbish, fried eggs, real large mushrooms, hash browns, beans and really tasty grilled tomatoes. Toast, orange juice and hot drinks finished it off. But I think you could choose other options. The dining room was very quirky and homely. Great value for money. All in all a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

The owner was so lovely and hospitable, making my stay feel very special. The interior design was modern and cosy, and I loved the Christmas decorations, which added a festive feel to the place. The room was well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. Despite the affordable price, it felt luxurious as everything was so well thought out. The delicious breakfast included in the price was such a treat. I would definitely stay there again!

I had the small double room. Room 2 as I was travelling on my own. Made to feel very welcome when I checked in. Only thing I will say is, please can you ask people couple of days before check in, or leave a note with a check list on the bed asking what you’d like for breakfast. As felt panic and just said big breakfast. Which was bloody amazing. I’m not used to eating so much that early! The room was spotless and had everything I needed. A fridge in a room is always a bonus.
